Is the Fit for Work and Safety Critical the same?

In some aspect yes. We provide a certificate of fitness for work which include safety critical.

No, unless you book with a Drug and Alcohol Test, it will not be conducted on the day

We would advise your company to refer you for a management referral, which will outline fitness for work, any adjustments needed and capability to carry out your role. If you require a SCW Medical, this can be conducted after in our clinic.
